Exercise Referral
Our referral/rehab service is suitable for anyone who would benefit from increasing their activity levels, especially those with long term health conditions, injuries or disabilities.
Our level 4 specialist instructors hold qualifications in the following areas:
- Cancer Rehabilitation
- Falls Prevention
- Exercise And Arthritis
- Exercise For Mental Health
- Lower Back Pain Management
- Cardiac Rehabilitation
- Obesity And Diabetes
- Exercise After Stroke
- Exercise For Neurological Conditions
- Pulmonary Rehabilitation
We provide specialist activity classes and gym sessions to help our clients manage their conditions and maintain their independence. Clients for this service are referred by a medical professional. For example, a doctor, a nurse, or physiotherapist.
