- Level 3 Personal Trainer
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor
- Boxercise & Circuit Training Qualified
- Nutrition Specialist Diploma
- Currently completing Level 3 GP Exercise Referral Certification
Fun Fact:
Outside of training, I’m a dad of three, enjoy playing guitar, and love spending time with my kids—usually getting competitive over a game or relaxing with a good movie.

Block of 10 Sessions – £400 (£40 per session)
A great starting point for proper results - Enough time to build habits and confidence.
Block of 20 Sessions - £700 (£35 per session)
This is our best value option! - Perfect for anyone wanting long-term change or support with bigger goals.
Our sessions are 60 minutes and will be available at our usual venues.
